Processing depends on the tool you use. On our dedicated Privacy Mode page and Seller Batch Studio, supported work runs in your browser and the selected image files are not uploaded. Standard tools, including the main compression and conversion tools, send selected files to our servers for processing and download. Those files and processed results may be stored temporarily in a session folder so that you can download them. Processing sessions are cleaned up after use; contact us if you need help with a specific upload.

If you choose to save Seller Batch Studio rules, only the dimensions, format, mode, size cap, and filename pattern are stored in this browser. The tool does not save image files or per-image SKUs to browser storage.

When you use our website, we may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

• Usage Data: Information about how you use our website, products, and services (such as pages visited, tools used, and time spent).
• Uploaded Images: Files you submit to standard server-based tools and the processed results, while they are needed for processing and download.

• Service requests: If you ask for a product image preparation quote, we store the contact information, image requirements, and any sample link you provide so we can review and respond to your request. The request form does not upload image files.
